Be thankful A to Z – Slide show

Every day is a good day to be grateful, but Thanksgiving is prime time since the holiday’s name itself drills gratitude into our heads.

So let’s take a break from ax thieves, cactus rustlers and cow killers to reflect on the simple joys our lives bring us.

Check out Rynski’s A to Z Gratitude List in the slide show.

Please add the top three things for which you a grateful in the comments below.

If you’re feeling frisky, go for an A to Z list with 26.

So let’s hear from you.

What’s the top three things on your gratitude list?

Do you regularly make gratitude lists or do you find them a waste of time?

What things are you least thankful for?

P.S. I will be off Thursday and Friday for the holiday and resume posting on Monday. Enjoy!

Mornin’ Rynski! Fine ‘to be thankful for’ collection of pics! (‘cept art pic-#1 is missing) How the heck did you get the ‘aura’ pic of Sawyer? Fantastic! Phoebe looks as though she is your boyfriend’s hound from hell sidekick in the photo! Lots to be thankful for this year, met the finest woman in creation, daughter and extended family are well, and, I still have a job. 🙂

Very nice things to be thankful for, Maxxie. Sounds like you found quite the catch with this gal!! I hope you stay happy always. You’re a good guy! 🙂

I also noticed Phoebe looks like she eats roadkill.

hahahha! phoebe would eat roadkill if she could…but she’s also obedient with “LEAVE IT” (even though she ignores most other commands).

      mornin’ radmax –
what a fine list you have, indeed. glad to hear it. aura pic of sawyer was beefed up with black background in photoshop – but the rest is all him. don’t know how i got lucky enough to snap him in such a handsome pose – hahah.
sorry to hear art pic is missing. i’ll post it below the stuff to compensate. can’t really add to slideshow because they are all in order and it would mean redoing entire show.
and yes! love that roadkill outfit pic of beau with phoebe ready at his side. my guy is so much fun, a blessing in my life.

That has me thinking, Ryn. Have you and beau exchanged ‘those’ words? How long into it do you say, I love you, if at all??
Hmmm….maybe a story for another day?!?!

Hehe, I think you say “I love you” when the time is right! If you feel as though you love someone, you should let them know! My guy told me 2-3 weeks after we met that he loved me. 🙂

ohhhh! i like the topic, AZMouse – def. dating blog material!!! will keep you in suspense until then. aww, heck with it. yes, we exchanged the “L” word…some time back. it’s always a thrilling moment – esp. when the other person says it back and doesn’t laugh in your face (hahahahhaha).
DATING BLOG to come on the topic soon!

    Great pictures!

    I’m grateful for:

What is left of my sanity.

My family and friends (that includes my buddies on here!!) and especially my kids and my four legged family.

For surviving difficulties and being a better person for it.

i will say, however, i think sanity is over-rated (hahahahha).
your last one is very thoughtful. i’ll second that one!
also second one of radmax’s entries that i’m grateful for a job.

Humor is your forte, Ryn.  Loved the imaginative slide show especially the “road kill” photo, but #1 A for Art is missing so please post it somehow. I’ll do a blog tomorrow (Thanksgiving, the day to give thanks) on what I’m grateful for.

There are many, many things I am grateful form, but here are my top several: 😀
    1) My wonderful boyfriend who adores me, and buys me flowers.
2)My amazing family and friends, of course, for supporting every decision I make, and always being there for me when I need them.
    3) My landlord for trusting me and letting me move into a small guesthouse, even though she knew my financial history was questionable, and then allowing my boyfriend and I to move into a larger home now (btw, all moved in!!).
    4) My job! I feel so lucky to have the job that I have, and my amazing co-workers, even though I don’t get to see them as much.
    5) Overall, I’m thankful for everything I have right now. 🙂

you certainly have a great list, which leads to a happy heart. also glad to hear you’re all moved in – wow! that was fast.
even unpacked? i figure coffee maker, dog food and pajamas is unpacked enough for the day…hahaha.

Hahah…definitely not completely unpacked but everything is in the new place at least, and there’s still much work to do, including going back and cleaning up the old place (ugh). Another thing I’m thankful for is that I have the next 4 days off (after today) to get all that done!

I figure once we get settled in and the holidays pass…we’ll begin the search for an amazing dog that needs a home. 🙂

Please note – when i went to fix the slide show all heck broke loose and i had to redo the show several times as things glitched up.
thus, the poll responses have been erased – please respond again if you had responded earlier (i.e. prior to 8:20 a.m.) to make sure we have an accurate poll.
these polls are scientific, you know.
